NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE? NO PROBLEM

If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery for all items. Items must:

• Be unwashed
• Have all labels attached
• Be unused/ not worn
• Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
• Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

  Sorry We do not do exchange simply return unwanted item(s) and place a new order.

• In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us first at info@mstrendz.com regarding the fault for further details.
• Received the wrong item? Sorry, we can get this sorted, please contact us straight away! 

• We reserve the right not to refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. Please see T&C’s for full details.
• Please note we do not offer free returns, all returns, are returned at your own cost. 
• Except faulty or wrong items!!

• Please ensure that you have a proof of posting certificate (receipt) from your post office/courier.  Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

• Please note the original delivery cost is non-refundable, with exceptions where the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly by us.

We inspect all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.

 Simply fill in your returns form and enclose this with your parcel, if you have misplaced this form please include a note with your full name & order no so we give the right person a refund!
